Private beta access
Health OS is currently available to invited iPhone testers through Apple TestFlight. If you received an invitation, open it on your iPhone and follow Apple's prompts to install the beta. Wider access will be announced here when it becomes available.
Contact support
During the private beta, reply through the invitation channel provided with your TestFlight invitation. You can also open Settings → Help & Support → Beta Feedback in Health OS to prepare a privacy-conscious report for sharing through the channel you choose.
The report includes only what you type, the app area and rating you select, the Health OS version, and your iOS version. It does not automatically attach health measurements or Apple Health data.
Helpful details to include
- What you were trying to do
- What you expected to happen
- What appeared instead
- Your Health OS version and build from Settings → About Health OS
Apple Health permissions
Open Health OS Settings → Apple Health to review connection status. Apple Health access is optional, and each data category remains controlled by iOS permissions.
Backups and exports
Open Settings → Data & Privacy to create a local backup or CSV export. Exported files may contain sensitive information; save and share them carefully.
Delete local data
Open Settings → Data & Privacy to erase the local Health OS record. This does not delete source information in Apple Health, and Health OS pauses automatic imports after erasure. Deleting the app also removes its local app data, except for backup files you previously exported and stored elsewhere.
What Health OS does not do
Health OS does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, provide emergency care, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Public-release contact
A dedicated public support address will be added here before Health OS is submitted for public App Store distribution.
